Through crossbreeding, it has given rise to cold-resistant wine grape varieties such as "Beichun" and "Zuoshanyi," adapted to northern China's cold climates. Wines made from Vitis Amurensis Rupr. typically exhibit blackcurrant and herbaceous aromas, with prominent acidity, suitable for young consumption or as a base for blends.
