The winery currently operates 4,000 mu of self-owned organic grape cultivation bases, with an annual output of over 100,000 bottles of various estate-bottled wines, and strictly implements full-chain quality control covering every link from grape planting to winemaking. Its product line is positioned with precise market insight, taking "insisting on crafting wines suited to Chinese consumers' palates using Chinese terroir" as its core pursuit. The flagship "Shan" (Mountain) series selects high-quality organic grapes from vines aged 8 to 20 years, deeply integrates the essence of traditional Chinese culture with the terroir of the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, and creates the region's rare premium quality through multi-layered refined craftsmanship. This series has received high recognition from top international wine competitions including the Decanter World Wine Awards and RVF China Wine Awards. The consumer-oriented "Shidai" (Stone Black) series is tailor-made for Chinese residents' taste preferences and dietary habits, featuring a balanced, harmonious, rich and mellow body. Yuanshi Vineyard's ingenuity is not only reflected in its products, but also widely recognized by the global wine industry. In 2014, three world-renowned wine masters — Jancis Robinson (UK), Bernard Burtsch (France) and Ian D'Agata (Italy) — jointly recommended Yuanshi Vineyard to the global wine community. In the same year, as the only winery, it was selected into the sixth batch of National Cultural Industry Demonstration Bases by the former Ministry of Culture of China. In 2015, it was successively included in the Key Project Database for Characteristic Cultural Industries and the Key Projects of the Silk Road Cultural Industry under the Ministry of Culture, actively contributing cultural impetus to the Belt and Road Initiative.
